About the Event
We are about to reunite after the sultry feeling of covid, this Three days long program will start on 5th August 2022 Friday and will end on 7th August 2022. Already registration and hotel booking has started, all JEXCAites start your registration, we Waiting.
Registration Fees:
- Single $ 200
- Couple $350
- Student $100
- Guests, Single $250
- Guests, Couple $400
- Per Kids: $100 (>10 Years of age)

Gather in the lobby
Board buses and depart for San Francisco
a. Breakfast on bus
b. Limited city tour-PIER 39, Golden Gate Bridge (Vista Point stop)
c. Bay cruise
d.Lunch in San Francisco
Depart for the hotel
Arrive at the hotel
Personal time: 4 – 6 p.m
Seminar on a selected topic
Evening gala event (Guest Tickets will be available,$100 /Person)
a. Dinner, speeches, appreciations, etc.: 7 – 8 p.m.
b. Performance by JEXCAites, spouses, and children: 8 – 9:30 p.m.
c. Main performance: 9:30 – 11 p.m.(Performer TBD)
Closing
Gather in the lobby
Board buses and depart for Monterey Bay and 17-mile coastal drive
a. Breakfast on the bus.
b. Packet lunch at the Pebble Beach Golf Course.
Depart for the hotel
Return to the hotel and the event wrap up
Self-organized dinner and evening adda: 6 p.m. onwards
